Hi Friends Today I am quite disappointed with snapdeal and freecharge even after more than 101 calls and 1515 minutes of my valuable time they are not able to provide me refund of Rs 311/- only . Can you believe such huge company is not able to track their bank statement and provide us refund? And asking for bank statement again and again well then why don’t they provide us there bank statement. I wonder how they track the order we place. Let not bored you and come to points Issue here is I place an order on 26/10/2016 and my order no is 16390642091 worth RS 471 on 28/10/2016 I get refund of RS 160 only and for remaining 311 I didn’t get the refund I have paid through freecharge master go card (it is freecharge credit card ) now they are again and again asking for bank statement , however I have provided them with freecharge wallet monthly statement for the month of October as well as November but they still want PROPER bank statement. Are they kidding, for that they have provide me with freecharge no and I have call 134 times but no responses from freecharge even worst then snapdeal. I don’t know why they are playing with us since both are from same partner groups. 311 is a small amount but still guys it is what I have earn and I will not let go away just like that therefore I want your help please share these post as must as possible let people get aware about dirty tricks by such big company like snapdeal and freecharge. At last I just want to warn you guys before purchasing anything from snapdeal - the deal that make you to regarded BE CAREFUL.
