Free 10 Rs(Or More) Recharge By Hungama

I order a headphone 6 days ago,yesterday i call c.care guy and they said call us on Thursday, Because there server down problem.I ask them that plz tell me one thing that "Hangama Send My Headphone or Not,They told me surely you get your headphone".

waiting for thursday..... :angry::angry::angry::angry:

How you able to call them because whenever I tried to call my call is always not pick by them and a computer voice coming saying busy always

Below is the EMAIL I received from Hungama, because I ordered 2 Headphones from their website in 2100 Coins, by changing the Website Code.

But they sent me this email yesterday.  :P  :P  :P  :P 

 

Dear Sir,

It has been observed that you have tampered with the Hungama website / application system in order to earn reward coins in a fraudulent manner.
We have checked and verified through our systems and have identified that you have through wrongful means, attempted to earn the reward coins by misusing/tampering with the system/application. Your action clearly reflects your wrongful intention to earn easy coins in order to claim the rewards against the same. We do not tolerate anybody fiddling with our software/system or exploiting our systems in any manner whatsoever.

With respect to your reward coins, we shall notify the actual number of coins that you have rightfully earned, after completion/reconfirmation of the entire reconciliation process, and accordingly we, at our discretion, will initiate the reward redemption process.

We believe that you will comply with all the guidelines/terms of usage and shall not at any point of time misuse/violate the system or raise any false claims.

We encourage you to continue using the services offered by Hungama and avail the benefits/rewards, by fair means.

maine kal phir unlogo ko phone kia tha,ek c.care guy na bola mara nam uska list mai nahi hai.sayad nehi vagenge,or mara Headphone Thursday ko aana wala nehi tha.unlogo na phone korna k lia bola tha.

@loveleshkhatter, i am facing the similar problem of not able to enter my last name during checkout. So its impossible to order any products. Somebody help....

You can edit the Website code, and remove the 'Read-Only' tag from the source code. And enter your name in the First name and Last name fields. You'll be good to go.

i got a mail like this from Hungama
