Freecharge Terms & Conditions
1. Deal - The customer shall receive Flat Rs. 20 as Freecharge cashback on Electricity Bill payment in the form of Freecharge Gift Instrument within 72 hours from the date of the successful transaction on Freecharge app, the same can be redeemed within 1095 days from the date of the credit and is non-transferable.
2. Freecharge cashback will be provided on mobile number through which transaction has been carried out on merchant platform.
3. No Freecharge Cashback shall be issued in case of a cancellation/returns/replacements.
4. Descriptions of the Deals and Merchant's goods and/or services are provided by the Merchant and Freecharge is not responsible for any claims associated with these descriptions or for the quality of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant.
5. Freecharge shall not be responsible if the Merchant fails to honor the Deal. Freecharge's liability in such case shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer to purchase the Deal.
6. Reproduction, sale or trade of Freecharge deals is strictly prohibited.
