Had purchased S4 on 19th June and not recd the cover till date. Several correspondence with the company including the ceo have been useless. have sent all reqd details and now fed up with follow up. extremely unhappy with the response.

I bought S4 on 25th july which is the last date of the offer.I have registered the same and the claim validation was approved.But I havent received the cover till date.I tried reaching the redemption team via mail as well as on the toll free number but in vain.Is there any other means by which I can approach the S4 redemption team..please advise
