i placed order with id 9597 it says it is delivered instantly please help me in this matter

It is written in terms n conditions dat no promocode will b applicable 4 dis product n even after applying code price is 180 not 108...its fake

now they increased price to rs150

I have placed order for diary silk milk choclate on 10-4-2013 vide Order ID:5524 but till date I have not recd the product. On 26-4-13 this site informed that as per our records the product is despatched and you will receive it any time. On 9-5-13 they informed that Your product has been send with Madhur Courier with ID : 801005685 but till date as of 22-5-13 I have not received the product and now they are not replying to any of my emails. How to deal with this site?
