Date: 06 Nov 2014 15:55Dear friends, Mobikwik team will not respond properly at any time, they people are doing such a worst job, if once you paid the money you can’t get back even if its failed, you have to use the amount to recharge only, me and my friends got trapped by this, almost 16000 was with them we don’t know what to do? we purchased the item from ebay through mobikwik and e-bay cancelled our order it return to mobikwik wallet we contact the customer care of mobikwik(only mail is available to contact) they are not at all replying our mail. from my personal experience I am telling you people be careful don’t use mobikwik at all. they are pure cheaters its the kind of cheating.
