Eligibility:
  • The “MasterCard Promotion Offer” (hereinafter “Offer”) is valid only on all the items listed on www.ebay.in where the payment is made through PaisaPay using Maestro / MasterCard Debit Card issued by MasterCard in India during promotion period and subject to the below terms and conditions.
  • The Promotion Period shall be from, 19th September 2011 @00:00:01 Hrs IST till 31st December, 2011 @ 23:59:59 Hrs IST or till the validity of the Coupon, whichever is earlier.
  • This Offer is valid only for www.ebay.in (eBay Website) for registered of eBay Website and who is Indian resident and has shipment within India only (hereinafter “eBay User(s)”).
The Steps to avail offer section:
  • Search for the item you want to buy
  • Pay through PaisaPay using your Maestro / MasterCard Debit Card issued by MasterCard in India and enter the Promotion Code MCEBAY1234 while making payment to get discount of Rs.500 or 10% of the total transaction price, whichever is lowest, and
  • Pay the balance amount using your any bank Maestro / MasterCard Debit Card.
  • Any dispute or claim regarding the goods or the discount amount shall be resolved by the Customer with eBay as per the eBay User Agreement directly without any reference to MasterCard India.
General Terms and Conditions
  1. You (means the person using this promotion with the intent to use Promotion Code for discount under this Promotion or the eBay User) should not be in violation and agree to abide with this terms and conditions, the eBay User Agreement, PaisaPay User agreement, eBay Site rules and policies (hereinafter “eBay UAs”).
  2. eBay India reserves the right at anytime to amend / add / remove / modify (in whole or part) any of the terms & conditions of this Promotion Offer, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Promotion Offer by another Promotion/ Offer, whether similar to this Promotion Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and eBay India's decision in this regard shall be final.

Further eBay India shall not be liable for issues related to technical, human error whatsoever e.g. wrong promotion number being entered by you or you being logged out of system.
  7. eBay India does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed data, communication. eBay India reminds you of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems, technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system, computer hardware/ software failure, human error, things outside the control of eBay India that may affect entry/participation to this Promotion.

The products or services are listed by third parties, who are responsible and liable for complying with commitments, communications, understanding including but not limiting to guarantees, warranties, services (pre, post sales) between them and you, as also complying with applicable law of the land.

The products are sold and services are provided solely by the relevant seller, under such terms and conditions as determined by such seller, and MasterCard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services.
