Sir namaskar, myself Rekha Gupta,i have sold smart watch order I'd no-40852448964352302.but it was defeated piece so i replaced it.then 9th June it replaced by order I'd number -40834739453081902.but after 11days it's not charging, means not working.while it have 5 years replacement warranty.i have talked to seller many times but they not solved my problem.then i mailed to seller but not responded by seller.then i have talked to Amazon customer care executive 6 times.bit they not solved my problem.on 28th July i have talked to your customer care executive,then they assured me that Amazon will return or replaced my smart watch till 15 august.she also put a investigation ticket but till today nothing action will be taken on my problem.these type issue will lose the faith on Amazon sir.so sir please return or replace my smart watch as early as possible.thanks sir.
