5. Be the first to claim your prize:  Got all the called out numbers on your ticket? Claim your prize right away. Be the fastest finger first to comment on the respective prize category post (Early 5, First Row, Second Row, Third Row, Full House) on our Facebook page with your Ticket ID.  There will be a unique post for every prize category on our Facebook page. Eligibility:

1. The Promotion is valid only for Users of eBay Website
2. User’s registered email Id with eBay Website must be valid and active during the Promotion
3. User/Participant must be 18 years of age or above in order to participate in the Promotion
4. User must have a valid and active Facebook account in order to participate and comment on eBay India Social Account during the Promotion Event
5. Users who have received the Tickets and registered their Ticket ID(s) with eBay confirming their participation in the Dhanbola on or before 25th October 2016 (11:00 hrs)
6. User must correctly answer the multiple choice question(s) while registering their Ticket ID(s) in order to participate in the Promotion

1. Every User will receive 1 (one) Ticket from eBay under the Promotion.
2. A User transacted during the Promotion Period is eligible to receive a special Ticket from eBay under the Promotion regardless of their number of transactions during the Promotion Period. The top transaction of the User during the Promotion Period shall be considered and eligible for a special Ticket.

Examples:

1. If the User makes a single transaction on eBay Website of INR 7,000 during the Promotion Period mentioned above, then he/she is eligible for only one Ticket (i.e. Gold Ticket) under the Promotion
2. If the User makes multiple transactions on eBay Website on one or more days during the Promotion Period mentioned above [let’s say, on Day1 he/she does two transactions for INR 12,000 and INR 6,000; and on Day2 he/she does a transaction for INR 15,000], eBay shall provide a special Ticket for the top transaction during the Promotion Period [in this example, the top transaction would be 15,000] of all the transaction(s) made by the User during the Promotion Period. In such case, he/she is eligible to 1 Gold Ticket from eBay under this Promotion
3. In the event if User has not transacted during the Promotion Period and he/she has fulfilled the above-mentioned eligibility criteria, then you will be eligible for regular Ticket under the Promotion. In any case a User will not receive more than 1 (one) ticket under the Promotion

4. The User should check his/her active email to access the Ticket/s, including but not limited to spam or junk folders
5. The User who have unsubscribed or opted not to receive eBay’s marketing/promotional offer communication will not get a Ticket under the Promotion
6. The eligible Users who have received the Ticket from eBay must register their Ticket ID/s on http://dailycdn.ebay.in/dhanbola/registration/index.html provided by in the email communication on or before 25th October 2016 (11:00 hrs) confirming their participation to play the Dhanbola
7. User must correctly answer the multiple choice question(s) while registering their Ticket ID(s) in order to participate and play the Dhanbola
8. Watch the live streaming of the Dhanbola on eBay India Social Account through Facebook live video on Promotion Event in order to play and participate in the Dhanbola
9. The Host will announce the numbers one by one. You must match them with the ones in your unique Ticket/s to get a chance to win prizes
10. The User must be attentive during the Promotion Event and no request for repetition of numbers will be entertained
11. If you have completed any of the Prize Category, you must promptly comment with Ticket ID on the relevant Prize Category post of eBay India Social Account during the Promotion Event at the earliest (For Example: Ticket ID: EU3TX). eBay will upload the Prize Category post on eBay India Social Account on or before 25th October 2016 (i.e. Early 5, First Row, Second Row, Third Row & Full House).
12. Winners will be selected and announced on the first come first serve basis
13. Any entry submitted on comment section of Facebook live video, any other medium/space or destination other than the comment section of relevant Prize Category post of eBay India Social Account shall not be considered under the Promotion
14. eBay will announce the winners on Facebook live video and via post on eBay India Social Account during the Promotion Event

4. Rules of the Dhanbola and Prizes:

1. Dhanbola is similar to Housie/Bingo, in which the Host of the Dhanbola announces each number in a fair and random selection on the Promotion Event
2. A Ticket that has a combination of maximum 15 numbers (i.e. part of the 1-90 number set). It contains 3 rows and 9 columns: - the first column containing numbers between 1-10 - the second column containing numbers between 11-20 - the third column containing numbers between 21-30 and so on till the ninth column containing numbers between 81-90
3. The User must complete the numbers on his/her Ticket/s that matches the numbers announced by Host to be able to complete the numbers on his/her ticket at the earliest in order to win the prizes under the Promotion
4. Below are the five Prize Category under the Promotion:

5. The Users to submit/comment first with Ticket ID on the relevant Prize Category post of eBay India Social Account will be gratified. All the submission will be cross-checked and verified by eBay to match the eligibility criteria for winning the Prize Category under the Promotion
6. The Dhanbola will proceed till the last winner of the Dhanbola’ Full House is declared for the Promotion.
7. The User who submitted/commented first and declared as winner by eBay shall not be eligible to participate further with that Ticket ID in the Dhanbola. In short, you can only claim for one prize per Ticket. If you have claimed for multiple prizes, the first one you have claimed will be considered as the final prize. (For example: If you have claimed for Early 5 and Full house in this sequence, you will only be eligible to win the prize for Early 5 under the Promotion)

5. Winner selection criteria:

1. Winners will be selected on the first come first serve basis, depending upon the time of submitting their entry/comment on the Prize Category post of eBay India Social Account during the Promotion Event.
2. In case of a tie, the User who first registered his/her Ticket ID for participation in the Dhanbola with eBay shall be considered as winner.
3. eBay will request the winners through a message from eBay India Social Account to send the contact details (such as name, address, email Id and contact details) within 7 (seven) days of announcement date in order to dispatch the winning prize. If the winner/participant fails to send the requested details, eBay will send the prize at the address registered with eBay Website.
4. The prizes will be dispatched to the winners within 45 (forty five) days on the address shared by the User
