Hi SaiSwaroop, My self Shailendra and I am also a highly disappointed buyer of India times Shopping product. I've purchanges a product on 6th June and even before shipping, I cancelled the product. Indiatimes customer care assured me to get the refund done in 10 days.... after 10 day I start following the status and every time they reply that "We have forwarded your concern to refund deprtment, you will get refund in 48 hour or get call back". I called them atleast 20 time in last 15 days, now when I asked customer care to plz let me talk to you senior, they hangup the phone. I am helpless as I have purchased Samsung Grand from that site with order no 3002391417. can you please help me by providing there upper management mail Ids. My official mail Id :
