Shopped with Forever21.com website a few weeks ago. 1 product was of incorrect sizing so I generated a request for return. I was told that reverse pickup of the product will take place in 2-3 days. But its been around 3 weeks now, that has not happened. I have written them several emails & have even complained on their Facebook page, still I have not received any resolution. Moreover, the other product (a pair of footwear) that I received was of pathetic quality. Broke right at the first time I wore it. Their toll free number never gets connected. It either just doesn't ring or gets disconnected after a couple of rings =============Next================== i have place a ordered in amazon.in on 18 Sept 2014. product is tablet Rs-5498.00 which cash on delivery and they give estimated delivery date 01 Oct 2014. till date (19 Oct 2014) i have NOT got my product now product price is Rs-6149.00 and today they informed me that your product is lost by courier. place a new order which is Rs-6149.00.
