I agree with you. I had a bad experience with Timtara. Will not buy from them ever. I had recently procured an inverter from Timtara and due to wrong specs quoted on the website, I had requested for cancellation. I had reached out to the service helpdesk and they said they cannot take this request. The Service desk directed me to the Procurement lead, who was literally not helpful. I could not connect to the helpdesk further. I then reached out to the CCO, who indicated that they will cancel the order and later the shipment was made even though the order is canceled. I am not satisfied with the site and would recommend you not to buy from them anything. It is the worst customer experience ever. Thanks Jairaj
