Key points to note:

3.Customers whose ads for Mobile category went live during the offer period (10th August, 2015 to 15th September, 2015) would get the INR value of the gift card credited into the Advertiser's Amazon.in account by September 30th, 2015
4.Each eligible Advertiser will be entitled to win only one Gift Card once per Junglee.com account during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of Ads posted by such Advertiser
In order to be eligible to receive a Gift Card under this Offer, every Advertiser must:
1) Post an Ad with at least one image of the product(s) intended to be sold on Junglee.com using the 'Post a Free Ad' form available on Junglee.com or through the Junglee.com mobile application; and
2) Sign in to his/her Junglee.com account OR sign up for a Junglee.com account if he/she does not have an existing Junglee.com account; and
3) Ensure that the Ad is live on Junglee.com for at least 24 continuous hours during the Offer Period; and
4) Ensure that the Ad is not in violation of applicable Junglee.com Local Product Ads Policies.

Detailed Terms & Conditions
1. Amazon.in Gift Cards ("Gift Card(s)") are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited ("QwikCilver"), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on www.amazon.in across all products available on www.amazon.in, excluding ebooks and apps.
2.These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Local Product Ads Terms and Conditions ("Local Product Ad Terms") to which you agree by posting your ad ("Ad") on the www.junglee.com/post-your-ad website ("Junglee.com") and the terms and conditions applicable to the Amazon.in Gift Cards ("Gift Card Terms") issued by Qwikcilver. To the extent the Local Product Ads Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
3. This Amazon.in Gift Card promotional offer for posting an Ad on Junglee.com ("Offer") is valid for a period of 37 days commencing from 10th August,2015 to 15th September 2015, both days inclusive ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") in its sole discretion without any prior notice.
4.Under this Offer, on each day of the Offer Period, every person who posts an Ad on Junglee.com in accordance with these Offer Terms ("Advertiser(s)") will each be entitled to receive one Gift Card, of a value of INR 50.
5. In order to be eligible to receive a Gift Card under this Offer, every Advertiser must:
post an Ad with at least one image of the product(s) intended to be sold on Junglee.com using the 'Post a Free Ad' form available on Junglee.com or through the Junglee.com mobile application; and
verify his/her phone number; and
sign in to his/her Junglee.com account OR sign up for a Junglee.com account if he/she does not have an existing Junglee.com account; and
ensure that the Ad is live on Junglee.com for at least 24 continuous hours during the Offer Period; and
ensure that the Ad is not in violation of applicable Junglee.com Local Product Ads Policies.
6. In the event an Advertiser fails to meet either of the above stated eligibility criteria, he/she will not be eligible to receive a Gift Card under this Offer
7. Each eligible Advertiser will be entitled to win only one Gift Card once per Junglee.com account during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of Ads posted by such Advertiser.
8. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer by Amazon or other promotion running on Junglee.com.
9. The INR value of the Gift Card will be credited to the Advertiser's Amazon.in account within 15 days of the expiration of the Offer Period.
10. The Gift Card will expire one year from the date of its issuance. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase any other gift card on www.amazon.in. The Gift Card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
11. Amazon reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without prior notice.
12. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
