Hello sir CASE ID-210091 plz plz plz help me i purchased the product (ON whey protein gold standard)from indiatimes shopping online website The payment went through and i waited for my product to be delivered but it never got delivered than i called the customer care team and for couple of days they gave me a run around that they are investigating and promiced me to call back but no one called me back Everyday i call them and get the status of my product than i got to know after some time that the product is out of stock on asking why the money was taken out when the product was out of stock and why i was not been informed by someone about this why i had to chase the information about my product by calling you guys everyday.....and why the product was showing in stock when they dont have the product available they dont have any answer i was told i would get my refund but didnt receive it yet dont know who to approach now plz help me sir by providing the email ID of CEO Regards Akshay(DENVER)
