Hello! i had also faced the same problem before 10 days while doing recharge. i had write to customer care, they had replied,"for avoiding fraud regarding cash back, you are adviced to use One Atm card per user-id. if u use the same card details with another one u r suppose to get these type of Errors!!!!! Therefore, i think u should use another catd details(VISA/MESTRO). Thank U :-)
