I had order nokia lumia 630 on mar 9 and confirmed on 19 th mar till now didn,t received product and no information about product , will they send the product anyone  reply .?????if they send the product still in how many days can i expect the delivery??

Even I ordered the same product on the same day and even it got confirmed on the same day as yours!

delivery by aramex courier. They generally deliver within 7 - 8 days from order confirmation. My order was confirmed on 19th march and got on 26th march. My brother also got within 7 days. So Most probably within 7 days you got the product although would be wait till 21 days to get product as per their policy.

Just watched the reedemption website they have increased the points of everything nearly 10times...lumia 620 was only 36000 now its above 50000

no way to contact them only god knows how they will respond to responds to customers     when it first came it is better but know it is horrible i just deleted that app
