Basically its calld as TDR..in whch if the train is late due to any reason by more thn 3 hrs. Then customr can file TDR n full amount shall be refunded to him asap..now guess whts the trick..the trick is even if u travel thru tht tatkal ticket but fortunatly the TT dsnt cm or dsnt ask u to show the ticket whch happns many times..n if the train is late in this case..thn also u cn file TDR as thr ll be no valid proof of urs as to be traveled. This has been availed by us practcly. So be asure.

If u hv tried on normal ticket other than tatkal then thr r some deduction rules..bt if it ws tatkal ticket thn u shud raise compaint thy wud refumd it fully..its as per rules..
