Dear friends plz clarify my doubt

i need to create new payumoney account with same email id and mobile no. which i given at surveymonkey website.

or if i create now then it comes under existing user or not.

or with out creating new payumoney account here you said 2) The amount will be credited as an automatic coupon in your PayUmoney account.how it is possible
