Extended Warranty Registration Process

Option-1

•To avail this special warranty, customer has to simply send a SMS ‘WTA’ to 9289525321 within 7 days of purchase. 
•Our call centre will call back to customer to take all required details and update in system ( data required - Customer Name, Address, Mobile No., email ID, Purchase from, Purchase date, Model name & Serial No.

Option-2

•Customers can register at Voltas Website under customer support-Product Registration page by providing required details along with email id. 
•Once registration is done, a confirmation mail will be sent to customer email id

Terms and conditions

1)5 Year ( 1 + 4 year extended) Warranty on all Air conditioners sold to retail individual / house hold customer between 10th February'2018 up to 30th April'2018. 
2)All spare parts ( as applicable in standard warranty) during the period of 5 years ,would be replaced free of cost including PCB and Gas Leakage. 
Extended warranty applicable only when all of the below conditions are met : 
1)Customer registers with Voltas for the extended warranty within a week of purchase 
2)Preventive Maintenance from 2nd year till 5th year ( which will be on chargeable basis) is carried out by Voltas Authorized Service Partner. 
3)Unit installed under abnormal conditions, incorrect electrical wiring, voltage fluctuations etc. are not eligible
