TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All offers available on Smart Search will be offered through Google search on 4^th May, 2018.
2. Prices/ Offers may change from time to time. Future Retail Limited reserves the right to withdraw, change or modify the terms and conditions as well as offers any time without prior notice. Disputes if any, subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
3. User will be able to get only one offer on one mobile number/Email id on 4^th May, 2018.
4. Offers are valid one per mobile number (only the first bill will be eligible for redemption) during offer period
5. Misuse of multiple offers will be prohibited and is at the discretion of the store authorities to take action.
6. Smart Search Offers are valid only on 5^th & 6^th May, across Big Bazaar/fbb/food bazaar stores*
7. In case the payment is done partially or fully by credit note, the offer will not be applicable.
8. All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
9. Unlawful modification or abuse of the offer is prohibited.
10. Certain offers are not applicable on purchase of Oil / Ghee / Sugar / Patanjali / Baby Food.
11. User will be able to get only one offer on one mobile number/Email id on 6th April,2018. Limited number of coupons are available under this offer and customers will get coupons on first come, first served basis. Once the limited coupons are issued/ over, further coupons will not be issued to any customers.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This program is managed by Future Retail Limited (hereinafter referred to as “FRL”).
2. Coupon code is valid only only on 5^th - 6^th may, 10am – 10pm across all Big Bazaar,fbb, Food Bazaar stores as per the offer
3. The offer associated with the coupon code has to be redeemed in full and in case if the bill value exceeds the voucher/coupon value, then the remaining amount can be paid through cash/card.
