Cheated By Pepperfry

Hello Everyone,

I request you all to keep a note of this mail that Pepperfry.com has being cheating people. We recently ordered products from deal of the day and found out that the product was not shipped to us. We also raised complain but the customer care didnot take any note of it.

As per Pepperfry Email and SMS we got tracking details as below

Congratulations! Your Item has been shipped by Pepperfry via bluedart, awb no. 44035711355. However on tracking this on bluedart it gave empty result.

We lost our money as the product was on Prepaid Order.

We request you all to beware of Pepperfry. They are cheating People.

In case anyone knows how to get our money back, please let us know.

We called Customer Care 3 times. They say that they will ask higher authorities. But we have still not got any reply from them. We even called Bluedart and asked their Head about AWB No. They said that the AWB No. was wrong.

Is there a way to get money back?

Send a mail to "[email protected]". You will get the reply in 24 - 48 hours.

I also faced the same problem. I got the reply in 2 days. Now the tracking no. is working. Waiting for the item.
