I think to avoid multiple request from one user they have added paypal option........You must have a paypal a/c for this offer

you don't have to provide your paypal account information to budgetgadget.com
Budgetgadget.com is just like normal shopping site once you successfully applied your coupon you are redirected to paypal site you login at paypal and cofirm your shipping address just like anything else you buy with paypal from international shopping site
