Did you not notice what they said in the disclaimer. they said that the samples are provided free of cost and the company is not responsible for any loss or damage of the samples. what is reality is that smartpick is sending samples through the courier in good faith. the courier company is stealing the samples and not updating the tracking on xpressbees website. . how cleverly these courier is stealing our long awaited samples. and the worst thing is we can do nothing about it.

Saqdly, we can do nothing about it. So, it is better not to waste time on xpressbees. I have called xpressbees several times and every time they said "teen char din aur samay lagega deliver karne mein" In this way one month has passed but they did not deliver.

Date: 08 Feb 2015 09:53no no that is not i will tell my story all will be cleared from these conversation i have heard that someone was called to xpressbees and they told that smartpick samples are low priority so they will deliver it within 6 months but if you order some items from firstcry.com then these are high priority so they will deliver smartpick shipments with firstcry shipments i have ordered 12 pack of sample and all are handed over to courier from 31-dec-14 to 21-jan-2015 after that i have make a fake order on firstcry.com with fake name but the address are same. after 6 days they came with 13 packages to me with 12 smartpick and 1 firstcry i take 12 smartpick sample and refeused 1 firstcry sample this is my story so i refer to those people whose shipment are handed over to courier to order a firstcry product to your address with fake name then you will get your product

When they delivered only one item, I called them and asked where were the remaining three, they said they will deliver it later. now yesterday i called them againg and they shouted at me and disconnected the phone call. strict legal action should be taken on them for cheating customers and misbehaving. I had ordered for 4 items and I got dove shampoo+conditioner which I did not order for. I felt cheated. I called smartpick and told them what has happened and they said that I am lucky that at least I did not get an empty box, something was in it. THey stole my head&shoulder, Olay and pantene. I only got ARIEL. I feel like washing DTDC sample-thief in the washing machine with the Ariel they have given me in that open box.

I went there And found a packet highly wrapped with CELLOTAPE and my address written on it with Blue marker Pen. I took the packet, came home and found only ariel powder and head &shoulder in the box. To my shock I found that under the cellotape there was the name of another person(Soumojit Mondal) printed and a different address of Burdwan given and the original Awb number was torn off. So, i realised they have stolen my parcel and given me someone else's parcel because I complained to DTDC executive REENA the previous day.

THE HEAD AND SHOULDERS AND WHISPER WERE STOLEN AND THE ARIEL MATIC PACKET WAS PUNCTURED WHICH RESULTED IN THE FLOODING OF THE INSIDE OF THE BOX WITH ARIEL POWDER . THEY STOLE TWO ITEMS( HEAD AND SHOULDER AND WHISPER) AND PUNCTURED THE DETERGENT PACKET.I REPORTED THIS TO THE DTDC EXECUTIVE WHO TOLD ME THAT IF I DID NOT LIKE THE PACKET I SHOULD RETURN THE PACKET BACK TO THE SENDER. SHE THREATENED TO RETURN STRAIGHT AWAY ANY PARCEL THAT IS TO BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS IN THE FUTURE. I FEEL HELPLESS. Somebody please help

We are consumers..if we want..we can make such ppl suffr...complain about DTDC to consumer forum..with the contact number of so called "madam" who said u all this..complain to DTDC..gv a threat about consumer forum..about filing a case in district court..complain on DTDC fb page...on their website...on their feedback page.. if u hv done all dese things after that ..if u got that response..to mind it..jb district forum me case file hoga to DTDC n us madam ko khud sabak mil jaega..she is just an employee n if u hv not done any of d above..n saying feeling helpless...then..plzzz..no one can help such a hpeless person.. Learn to fight not to surrender.. I did all..n received my parcel.. plus..consumer forum gave warning to DTDC abt case in district forum.. Now..DTDC vl think 100 times before doin this atlst to my address..

Date: 03 Jan 2015 09:04I have ordered smartpik samples on 9 december. Samples stuck in kolkata xpressbees office from 31 dec 2014. I called them up and they said that the estimated delivery date is 2nd february.2015. I feel like throwing a bomb at them. and that chor dtdc courier did not deliver my rewardme sample. I went and enquired at the DTDC office and i was told that there was a seize by income tax department and the income tax people had taken my sample because rewardme has not paid transportation tax. I feel terrible.

The box had whisper pad packet in it only. But I ordered for five items. Why do they fool us and why in an open box for everyone to see.

Yesterday I received a white box with rewardme printed on top and my name , address and phone number written on top of that with pen. After I opened the box, I found there was only whisper pad packet in it.Why did they send in an open box like that and why was there only whisper in box when i ordered for pantene, ariel, head & sholders, olay, pampers and whisper. My name was written on the cardboard box with blue pen and bad handwriting.Why do they send like this?

I HAD ORDERED REWARDME SAMPLE ON 5 NOVEMBER 2014 BUT NOT RECEIVED IT TILL NOW , I HAVE TRACKED IT IN DTDC WEBSITE, SHOWING DELIVERED. I CALLED DTDC KOLKATA LAKE VIEW BRANCH AND THEY SAID THAT THE SAMPLES ARE USELESS AND IT IS GOOD THAT I HAVE NOT GOT THEM.

So i contacted dtdc courier apex and i was told that free sample is meant for everyone and so even the courier company has every right to take it! Really, I did not expect this. So, i have not ordered for smartpick to avoid such a dissapointment

Date: 26 Dec 2014 21:21I had ordered from rewardme.in I got a white box after 1 and a half months . the box was a cardboard box with rewardme printed on it and my name , address and phone number written on it with red marker pen. Inside the box was a bottle of pantene shampoo. But i ordered 5 items. I contacted dtdc lake view office and they told me that i am lucky that i had got even that much. he also said that free sample is for everyone, so anybody can take it, be it the courier or the transporter.

I went to dtdc office and after days of going to the godown with electricity bill as address proof, I got my Rewardme parcel, covered with torn white polethene and there was a box in it with rewardme written on top.Inside the box was only a flat pouch of whisper pads and nothing else. I clearly remember ordering six products on november 9.The outer polythene of the parcel was torn and fell of when they gave me the box at the office.

The sample with AWB - 1171005113 is delivered on 23rd dec.. The sample with AWB-1171006008 is delivered on 26th dec.. My AWB is 1171007515... hoping to get it delivered in next 4-5 days as can be seen frm delivery pattern... Date: 20 Dec 2014 12:417th December website allowed to order 4 out of 10 products now you can login again with ur e-mail address and password used while ordering the 1st 4 products (not applicable for new registrations) and add 4 more products other than the one's ordered on 7th December .... You will get a new AWB Number for this order and Thank you page will also display all the products ordered earlier as well as now with date of order and you do not have to go through the process of OTP and address filling website takes it automatically .... and you also receive a new e-mail confirming the order for this 4 new products .... I have successfully completed new orders for all my accounts registered with smart pick and have received confirmation e-mails for all the new orders with new AWB numbers ..... so I guess it is not fake as the details and mobile verification is not done for new order it is automatically picked up by the website ...... Happy ordering !!!!! ..... if anyone has received the first order please let us know .....

Date: 21 Dec 2014 18:24Guys spoke to HUL Customer Care some time back on 18001022221 .... they have assured that those who have received the AWB number via e-mail will definitely get the samples within 3 weeks of ordering the samples also they have some technical issue right now due to which no one is able to track the orders and that there technical team is working on this issue ..... also that they have now stopped taking new orders now as they have reached there maximum limit as of right now for all the samples .... That's the latest update .... If anyone receives do let us know ......
