On a lazy evening I was on facebook and I saw rewardme page which said Free samples available. I was very curious and I asked my husband what is this about? How can someone give products free of cost, he said I have already registered years ago but I never received any then. I said, let me give a try maybe I will be lucky to receive. So I registered on rewardme website by giving my basic details and I ordered my free samples. 1. Pantene Pro-V Shampoo hair fall control 2. Olay total effects 3. Ariel matic These samples were ordered on 25th of August. I received a message on 31st of August saying Your P&G rewardme samples order has been dispatched via DTDC and will be delivered within 12 Days. For any assistance call Mob: +91 7738898822 or mail [email protected]. Yesterday, I wanted to know where the samples were, then I went through the website of rewardme to track my items. I read people writing about the courier guys stealing the items which are dispatched. I was very upset and I started checking my order details and status of the samples, but I did not get anything. Today ie. 8th of September, in the afternoon I received a box of reward me which contains 1.Ariel matic 200 gram 2. Olay total effects 80 gram 3. Pantene Pro V shampoo hair fall control 80ml Now I am so excited to use these products and will be reviewing them shortly.

But still order was delivered to me. not only for me even my friends ordered. no one got the parcel. Date: 02 May 2015 23:56Its no use reaching out to DTDC [email protected]. Customer support and management seem to be supportive of delivery boys and DTDC hub/branch manager stealing parcels. I have faced similar situation and reached out to few managers as well. But its like knocking at the doors of people pretending to be deaf. Useless, its just waste of time.

People living in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai have more probability to receive it fast . THey stole my head&shoulder, Olay and pantene. I only got ARIEL. I feel like washing DTDC sample-thief in the washing machine with the Ariel they have given me in that open box.

Date: 19 Jan 2015 15:29Dtdc courir steals samples and shout at you when you call them . Dtdc should get award for "WORST COURIER OF INDIA" and " CRAZIEST THIEFT SERVICE". They told me that p&g provides very less shipping charge and further shipping of shampoo and other liquids are banned for courier. But i have ordered 12 Vim liquid pouches @ Rs. 1 from Amazon.in and they got shipped sucessfully inspite of being liquid. I think they are giving vague reasons and they want to steal our samples. We should do something.

Date: 12 Dec 2014 13:56Keep a closed watch on ur order status..coz DTDC usually don't deliver the order of free samples and just update "delivered" on their website..if this is the case then u cn just call them and tell them this has already happened with ur one of the order,if it will happen twice then u vl complain to consumer forum. They will deliver the sample to u immediately.

Date: 12 Dec 2014 14:20u should have complained to DTDC facebook pg ..if not done yet..do it and tell them..if they won't delivr the samples..u vl complain to consumer forum.. they will immediately deliver the sample of some other customer.. DTDC is doing fraud in such a way..if the customer is claiming then they are delivering the samples otherwise they vl keep it themselves..

Date: 25 Jan 2014 03:08It is Do Not Disturb service.... By enabling it on your phone....You'll not get those useless calls & SMS like Insurance policies, Residential apartments, etc..... You'll have to call your service provider's customer care to disable it..... But I don't think it has anything to do with Rewardme....There must be some other reason....

Date: 06 Jan 2014 15:07You have to contact to P&G Customer Care and they gives docket no of Dtdc courier. Then contact Dtdc courier and ask for status. You can track it online also.. I have ordered 6 times on P&G , i have received 5 out of them. Track your courier Every day. Sure you will get your courier. Many pepole didn't received it because they don't track their couriers Regularly. One Dtdc delivery Boy told me some of the Dtdc workers Stole it if we dont track it Regularly by contacting Dtdc office.

Date: 20 Nov 2013 21:51first mail to reward me with your order id that u didn't get the samples after few days they give you the awb no of dtdc by this u can tack your order if it shows delivered on net by entering this no than definately the deliveryman of dtdc of your area take it or not want to drop that parcel.so call the dtdc and take the courier man's no of your area and ask him about your product and told him that if he didn't give your parcel u will complaint fir by this he give your samples.think is could be helpful to you because the same think happen to me and do the above procedure and got my 2 reward me samples...

Date: 18 Oct 2013 22:35I do receive a lot of other samples from DTDC.... But I don't understand why am I not receiving.... Rewardme samples.... Almost 3 months have passed..... I tracked my order at DTDC's site.... I got to know that Delivery man has returned parcel to Rewardme several times.... Due to various Non-sense reasons.... Don't know what's happening....

Date: 15 Oct 2013 21:29I have also not received the samples.... 2 and a half months have passed.... I had to E-mail them 3 to 4 times to get my Order Tracking number.... Initially they were not giving the number.... When I tracked the order at DTDC's site.... I got to know that they have returned the parcel to Rewardme 3-4 times.... The reasons written were : Wrong address, Recipient didn't take parcel, No one was present at the house.... Its just ridiculous on Rewardme's part....

Date: 28 Sep 2013 21:04aaj mai dtdc courier ka office gaya ...maine unhe apna consignment no diya ....bt unho na kha ki ..unhno mara sample wapis bhaj diya hai ....sample 20 sep ko hissar m aaya tha aaur 21 tarik ko wapis bhi bhaj ...diya ...toh maine poucha ki iske baare me kouch nahi ho sakta kya ....unhono na kha ..ki courier abhi delhi mai ...delhi sa banglore jayga ,,,,fir banglore sa fir delhi aaya .....aur delhi sa hissar ........yah kya system h inhh courier walo ka .....dtdc aak daam gatiya ,,,,mara aak bhi sample nahi mila abhi taak

Date: 20 Jul 2013 17:54Guys, Earlier P&G used to send samples through Aramex courier service which is the worst in the entire world. Staff of Aramex used to steal the couriers of the customers. I big follow up was required for me get my samples. Good thing is that P&G has changed their logistics partner and you should get them now for the new orders.

So free shipping is not available, how much they charege??? if the amount they charge is substancially big, what's the benefit in ordereing the free sample?

But till date I have not received anything...ARAMEX has stolen them all.I am again enquiring the matter with aramex.....Please guys ask for the details from reward me....problem is that rewardme never share the awb once they are dispatched from their end. Now after enquiring after so many days I have come to know that all has been delivered to me.....one-one and half month back......Please guys raise your voice against aramex......the thief. Be it a free stuf....but we shall not leave aramex.

I just got response with tracking number of Aramex coureer but Aramex has not delivered it, the status on website says delivered. Its a clear fraudster case from Aramex.
