Still no sign of them. I mailed them all my details in the morning itself. Neither they called nor had the courtesy to provide their contact nos. Only got a mail from them asking for screenshot of transaction, which i sent them in the morning itself. Cheating innocent customers.

it happens lot of time with payment gateway simply write a email to [email protected] (which u registered with paytm) and mentioned all details for example your mobile numer, recharge amount, email id, used payment gateway (e.g icici net banking) and tell them amount has been debited from your account but havn't got your recharge
I am sure your mobile will recharge or you will get your refund

I tried to recharge my mobile and the amount go debited from my account, however after that i got an error page not found. However no amount was credited to my mobile, leave alone the discount page after that.
I am looking at the transaction details in my account and it shows nothing. Why are you cheating innocent customers.
ITs a fraud. You don't display you contact nos also on the site.
Can you follow up with paytm and get my mobile recharged.
