Eligibility criteria for participating in Ghari offer
- The participant(s) must be an Indian national who resides in India to participate.
- Participation is not open to residents of other nations or persons who are not Indian nationals.
- The initiative is available across India (except the State of Tamil Nadu).
- Participants in the Program(s) must not be employees, agents, associates, or promoters of RSPL, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising agencies (including members of their immediate families), as well as anyone else who has direct involvement in their planning.
- From November 15, 2022, through January 15, 2023, the Program is exclusively available in India (hereinafter referred to as "Program Period").
- If a consumer purchases a pack before November 15, 2022, they are not eligible to participate in the program until the commencement of the program period (15 November 2022).
- All relevant federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations apply to the Program.
- Individual consumers who join the program or who desire to do so are referred to as "Participants" as well as a group.
- According to the consumer telecom operator in their particular area, standard call and message fees will be charged.
- Without prior notice or notification, RSPL/Pine Labs Pvt Ltd retains the right to terminate, modify, or extend the Program Period. No claims or inquiries in this regard will be accepted.
- Any participation by a person who is not permitted to do so under this provision is invalid.
- At any time, RSPL has the right to deny any claim from an ineligible participant or to collect any consideration or award at the sole expense and risk of the participant.
Time for participating
Only SMS that were received by eligible Participants between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (daily) throughout the Program Period (15/11/2022 to 15/01/2023) would be taken into account.
- The input shall be considered to have been submitted at the time it was received by Pine Labs Pvt Ltd's computer system via the SMS mode of participation.
- Entries received outside of the program period and timings will not be accepted, and they will be immediately dismissed. The customer will receive an SMS directing them to enter the program at the designated times.
- Only particular packs of Ghadi Cake priced at Rs. 5, and Rs. 10 are eligible for the program.
How to Participate
To take part, participants must SMS the special code found inside the pack to the number listed on the pack using the format GHADI Unique code to 7036185000 >.
- The participant will be notified by SMS that their participation is valid after successfully sending the information in a specified manner.
- The participants must safeguard the pack containing the special code they used to sign up, as they might be asked to provide a copy of the pack containing the winning code for KYC verification if they are selected as a winner.
- On 15 November 2022 at 8 AM and on 15 January 2023 at 19:59:59 PM, the program will begin and conclude respectively.
- A congratulations SMS will be sent to the shortlisted winners. SMS to include a KYC link.
- The shortlisted winner must click the link and follow the instructions to finish the process:
For each minute
The winner of Rs. 100 Cashback, complete the following steps:

- Enter your mobile number and verify the OTP you received on it;
- Give your name; and
- Choose your cashback method from Amazon, Paytm, or UPI.
- For UPI, the user receives the reward value within 3 days, whereas for Amazon & Paytm, the user receives the voucher details. If the user provides accurate information, this is made available.
- Enter your mobile number and confirm the OTP you received on it.
- Provide your name.
For hourly Gold Coin winners.
The user will receive the gold coin voucher within 30 days of the date they shared accurate information.
For a daily cashback of Rs 100,000
- you must enter your mobile number and
- choose between NEFT and UPI.
- provide your name.
- The user must upload the Pan card information.
- The cashback is awarded to the winner after a successful
Validation within 7 working days.
For the 4-wheeler weekly winner. Enter your cell phone number to confirm the OTP that was sent to it. b. Offer Name. Give your address, your PAN card number, and any other information or documentation that the RSPL has requested.
How they select winners
Random selection will be used to determine the winners (basic randomizer system). Since the program is not for the state of Tamil Nadu, the winner will not be chosen from there. Every day, the winners will be chosen by a random, scientific drawing. 720 winners will be chosen each day for a cash reward of Rs. 100, 12 winners will receive gold coins, and 1 winner will receive a cash reward of Rs. 100,000. One winner for a four-wheeler will be chosen each week.
Prizes will only be awarded if the winner completes the RSPL or Pine Labs Pvt Ltd verification process. Participants only have ONE chance to win from ONE cellphone number.
Conclusion
On the following day that the campaign is running, 733 winners will be chosen at random from all of the valid entries.
To be qualified to win the prize, KYC process completion will be required. The KYC procedure must be finished by or before January 30, 2023. If a claim is proven to be false or if the same person has previously won a prize within the promotion period, RSPL reserves the right to disqualify that person as a winner. During the Offer period, a list of winners will be updated once a week and made available at https://woohoo.in/Ghadioffer.
