This World Heart Day Uber are partnering with Apollo Hospitals to provide on-demand Heart tests right at your doorstep, for free.
Terms and Conditions:
- Valid only in Hyderabad & Vizag.
- Valid only on 29-Sept-2017 between 1PM to 5PM
- All UberHEALTH checks are subject to availability at the time of booking
- All requesters must be over 18 years of age
- Health checks can be availed only on UberHEALTH view
- No refund for any unutilized services
- Uber reserves the right to suspend your account and/or revoke your health check if it comes to notice that the health check was earned inappropriately or through fraudulent means.
- Your reports will be digitally uploaded onto Apollo’s portal and communicated you later in the day.
How to get Free Heart tests at doorstep?
- Open your Uber app between 1 PM – 5 PM. this Friday, September 29, 2017 in Hyderabad & Vizag.
- Select the UberHEALTH view and request away
- Your Uber will arrive within minutes with Apollo Practitioners
- The Apollo practitioners will visit and collect samples
- Your reports will be digitally uploaded onto Apollo’s portal and communicated to you later in the day
