How I Save Money on JioFiber Recharge (150 Mbps Plan)
I use a 150 Mbps JioFiber connection, and the monthly cost is ₹1178. Here is the simple method I follow to reduce my overall expense.
1) I choose a 6-month plan
Instead of paying every month, I select the 6-month plan. This gives me an additional 15 days of service, which is equal to a saving of about ₹589.
2) I use a cashback method for payment
My SBI Cashback Card does not provide 5% cashback directly on JioFiber payments. So I use an alternative approach:
- First, I purchase an Amazon Pay Gift Card worth ₹7072 using my SBI Cashback Card
- This gives me around ₹353 cashback
- Then, I use the Amazon Pay balance to pay my JioFiber bill
Total Savings
₹589 (plan benefit) + ₹353 (cashback) = ₹942 saved over 6 months
This comes to approximately ₹157 saved per month
