Here is solution of Every single problem

• If Order Cancelled by medibuddy  and Refund Not Received

Solution : Wait upto 10 days for refund also send a mail to [email protected]

• Order not received and not cancelled

Solution : wait upto 10 days bcz medibuddy sending product daily to a fix number of people. BUt due to too many orders its taking time. Many people received order already.

• Got Order but its on Cash on delivery.

Solution : Do not receive Cash on delivery order. Its due to some technical problem from medibuddy side. Now they identify it and they are sending prepaid orders.
Ask delivery boy to reject it by saying we pay online already. 

• Received Less Products from Order Products.

Solution : Medibuddy Will send remaining Order within 10 days. It due to low stock and less number of people in medibuddy team.
For 100% safety just save tracking id and billing page of received parcel in which they mention products and products amount. In future It can very helpful bcz everything is saved in database of medibuddy and you have to just tell tracking id etc.

If your order cancelled already then recommend to mail them why my order cancel. May be they give you specific coupon of 50% discount.
