Date: 14 Nov 2014 13:59Yes brother you are correct Dear friends, Mobikwik team will not respond properly at any time, they people are doing such a worst job, if once you paid the money you can’t get back even if its failed, you have to use the amount to recharge only, me and my friends got trapped by this, almost 16000 was with them we don’t know what to do? we purchased the item from ebay through mobikwik and e-bay cancelled our order it return to mobikwik wallet we contact the customer care of mobikwik(only mail is available to contact) they are not at all replying our mail. from my personal experience I am telling you people be careful don’t use mobikwik at all. they are pure cheaters its the kind of cheating.

Not even a single guy among us has used mobikwik for the last 2 months..... So its the high time to get on track and maintain your dignity.... Otherwise everything will be gone forever...... We think that mobikwik needs to change the offerbredimption process(ie. first payment and then promo code should be changed to vice versa).... We think that mobikwik can hear what its customers want from them.. You are not providing good offers for old customers... We are not opposed to the offers for new users but we want to bring to your attention that we old customers are very much FRUSTRATED BY THE MISTRUST OF YOURS... Date: 29 Apr 2014 10:31It is fake site. I transferred Rs.100 to mobikwik and Rs.50 is added and balance is showing as Rs.150. But I am unable to recharge prepaid mobile not pay post paid bill. Every transaction is failing, I raised tickets also and I am not getting proper answers form support team, Please do not do any transactions on this site.

If it succeeds I will suggest people to use your site. I am able to pay bill to same mobile number from different recharge sites, so it is not problem with my service provider, it is your site problem or you people want to do fraud with people.
