Date: 26 Jan 2015 17:14No actually SBI servers are totally down Its been nearly 6 days now A technical flag in their servers My card got blocked on 21st from then till today i have been trying to get the otp to reset the password but can't get it in 5 mins and otp arrives after hours From morning haven't received any otp after several attempts

Its just that sometimes merchant fails to pay the fees, which leads to temporary disconnection.(Just a guess) As far as ur card is concerned, you can contact your home branch. Also, if you are using the old card(MAESTRO) or even some new ones, you can set a 3D Secure pass, so no need of OTP. In order to set this, you need your 11 digit acc no and your 4 digit pin no. You can also call 1800112211, toll free no. :) --SBI The Banker to every Indian.

Date: 23 Jan 2015 12:48Freecharge is a cheater company. Most of the time the recharges are failed though payments are successful. Then the amount comes back in the form of freecharge credits which cannot be used with the specific offer. To avail the same offer, the user has to pay again using his bank/credit or debit cards. If a user is luckythe recharge may be successful this time but many times users are cheated frequently and some of them just end up using all their freecharge credits without any cashback offer and stop using Freecharge forever. Their helpline is also worst. I am also one of those users who have stopped using Freecharge. Paytm is the best (Site/App), no one can match PAYTM services. PAYTM helpline also cares well for its customers.

Date: 01 Dec 2014 18:27Freecharge ur really a sucker gave same offer before n now if v use this code via same debit card no n say ur not using different card so no cash really sucks admin for this every time do v need new bank account. Paytm is best at least they never cheat people like this
