Date: 07 Oct 2014 12:38i recharged 2 times,first time i got balance but second time paytm sms me "successfully recharge" but i didn't get any balance second time and my amount deducted from my bank,plz guys help me where is money,many times i wrote my complaint to paytm,called paytm no.but they are not replying...........somebody is there to help me what to do.

Date: 25 Oct 2014 17:51Order number 627575588 still not solved I have added Rs 1000 in my wallet from my bank account it's reduced but in my paytm ac it's not there I have complained many times but still no response from paytm Plz guys do help admin I don't know what is happening to paytm

Date: 28 Sep 2014 13:58ticket no is 102841905.. till not solved how long u take paytm to solve a problem .u just issue ticket do u solve them ? my recharge successful from paytm but benefit not received in subscriber no. last 6 days i waiting for my recharge amount of Rs. 200 to be add so tht i can hve the benefit but from ur side no action being taken . i think u cheat ur customer here. nor u respond to our call nor emails .how can we trust paytm . i need my money to refund soon or recharge my airtel dth
