Date: 27 Jan 2015 23:29They dont have any reputation. Friends I am saying a story listen. Yesterday morning on 26th I tried to recharge a reliance number 3g of 177. When I tried to pay with my paytm cash balance it showed not available. I tried again it showed but showed transaction failed. I tried again and this time i paid via net banking. It got success, but after 1 hour I discovered 3 recharges got succesful which previously showed failed. that means for no reason I lost 177*2 = 354 rs. When I mailed paytm regarding this at first they kept silent, later they said they are sorry for dat but dint refund my money. I lost money fr their stupid server. My order numbers are 740268024, 740263252, 740257819

Date: 28 Sep 2014 13:57ticket no is 102841905.. till not solved how long u take paytm to solve a problem .u just issue ticket do u solve them ? my recharge successful from paytm but benefit not received in subscriber no. last 6 days i waiting for my recharge amount of Rs. 200 to be add so tht i can hve the benefit but from ur side no action being taken . i think u cheat ur customer here. nor u respond to our call nor emails .how can we trust paytm . i need my money to refund soon or recharge my airtel dth

Date: 26 Sep 2014 19:28Paytm only issue ticket no.but they not solve any single problem and not responce from last 6 days I also a big problem .I recharge airtel mobile of rs.550 paytm deducted 550 from my paytm wallet but recharge not done yet my Ticket is #102796985 paytm is fraud site they collect money by cheating
