Terms and Conditions:-

The contest shall be online only and is open from 6th October 2011 and ending on 21st October 2011 and open only for all citizens of India who are 18 years of age and above and residents in India. No purchase from, or payment to, of any kind is required from NGC/Nat Geo or FH&T in order to enter this contest.
The contest is not valid for employees or agents of NGC Network (India) Private Limited (“NGC”) which represents the National Geographic Channel (“Nat Geo”) and the Fox History & Traveller Channel (“FH&T”) or their respective families.
The 25 winners will be decided based on the number of points each garage has on the day of closing the contest.
Each car in the My Garage section is worth 1 point, and 10 votes are worth 1 point. Less than 10 votes will not be counted as a point.
The Tickets shall entitle the winner only of entry to the event and any transport expenses to and from the venue will have to be borne by the winner themselves. The ticket is for ‘Classic Stand 2 East’.
The winner, to be decided by NGC in its sole discretion shall be contacted by email, and be required to submit (a) age proof (b) any other information that is reasonably required by NGC within 5 days of the date of the announcement. In a case the winner is not able to provide all the above details then he/she will not be eligible for further auditions. NGC shall not be responsible in the event of non-delivery of email.
NGC's entire liability to the winner is providing one entry ticket to to F1 Race in Greater Noida, or if the same is not provided for any reason whatsoever, then NGC has no liability to the winner.
The ticket would have to be collected by the winners themselves from NGC’s office in Gurgaon between 10am- 6pm, 24th Oct to 28th Oct 2011. The responsibility of collecting the tickets lies with the winners.
In case the ticket is to be picked by a third person, a letter of Authorization would be required from the winner, either in hard copy or from the email submitted at the time of registration.
The participant(s) agree to the reasonable use of their names and likeness, uploaded photos, statements, quotes or testimonials for advertising, trade and publicity purpose and grants NGC and its authorized agents the right to reprint, display, reproduce, perform or exhibit the entry without limitation and without any further compensation.
The participant(s) release and agrees to hold harmless NGC from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage caused during the participation in the contest, or from the use of any prize, and further confirms and warrants that he/she has full right and authority to upload/use the photo and that such photo or the text slogan does not infringe any third party rights. NGC reserves the right of absolute discretion to modify any terms of this registration or extend or close it without any prior notice.
If any dispute arises out of or with respect to this contest, it shall be subject to the courts of Gurgaon.
Participation in this registration will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and of any rules and regulations already announced.
