The same terms and conditions for payment of the R 9990 shall apply to the standby winners as well
- Three lucky buyers will given the option to buy the iPad at Rs 9990. The buyers will be chosen after the either the offer reaches its close date or has been bought by at least 1497
- The remaining 1497 bidders will be provided Taggle Cash equal to INR199. The Taggle Cash can be used to purchase any offer on Taggle.com up until March 31st, 2013 .Failure to utilize the Taggle Cash within the prescribed period will result in expiry of the same. At no point of time will the Taggle Cash be refunded as money
- If a lucky winner chooses not to accept or fails to meet the time period prescribed for payment of R 9990, the bid amount of INR 199 shall be provided as Taggle Cash. Likewise, the standby winners who have not been notified of an offer to purchase the iPad shall also be provided the amount of INR 199 as Taggle Cash. The same terms and conditions as mentioned in Point 7 above shall apply herein
- Taggle may at its sole discretion choose to publish the photograph of the winners on its website Taggle.com. and any other publicity media that Taggle employs. You waive your right to object to such publication
- Within 7 Days of receipt of purchase price, the iPad shall be delivered directly to the winners. Non-receipt of Ipad shall be intimated to Taggle within 14 days
- Promotion is subject to the Indian laws and subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore Courts
