1. Samsung Electronics India, (hereinafter referred to as “Samsung”) is holding a contest “fraaandship Champ Contest” , hereafter referred to as “The Program” for easy reference.
2. The Program is valid for Indian Residents only.
3. The Program is valid from 27.09.2011 to 20.10.2011 (both days inclusive) and the participation in the Program is optional & voluntary and does not guarantee any prize.
4. The Program is applicable for limited period only.
5. The Program is open to all Indian citizens except employees and the family members of Samsung and its associate Companies, its advisory and promotional agencies, its auditors and media partners.

The contest is divided into 2 Phases: Phase 1(26th Sept 2011 to 10 Oct 2011) Fraaandship Request- Participants to send creative friendship requests to the film’s characters- Rahul and Malvika a. 20 daily winners will be selected and will receive ‘Couple Movie Premiere Tickets’ ; (Movie premiere to happen in Mumbai and Delhi with stars and in Ahmedabad, Pune, Chandigarh and Lucknow, without the stars)( The movie ticket only entitles entry in to the movie hall all other incidental expenses pertaining to reaching the venue, travel, etc. will be borne by the winners) b. 25 other weekly winners will receive Champ 3.5 G phones. Phase 2 (11th October to 20th October)

• Movie ticket winners will be e-mailed a code also called "eCode" which will then be required to be redeemed at the movie hall.
• The movie vouchers are valid only for the specified hall and no exchange/change of dates or venue or refunds shall be entertained.
• One movie voucher will admit only 2 persons for a single movie as chosen by the winner.
• The winners will be intimated and eCode will be sent over by e-mail. In case a participant is not contacted, it shall automatically mean that the person’s name has not come through the selection.
• Entries should not contain offensive language or content that can in any manner be deemed offensive by any section of society or prohibited under any religion or law.
• Samsung reserves all the rights to cancel any entry which it deems unsuitable.
• The decision on selection of winners shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances of whatsoever nature.
• This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. The participant is providing their information to Samsung and not to Facebook.
