Dear sir l am a sbi accountholder. Once i had got gift card against your freedom rewards points and got benifit. I have some points now .when i try to redeem the points , it ask me my password & id. But i have forgotten it .pl adivice me to reedem the points.

hi i activated my sbi freedom rewards here http://www.freedomrewardz.com/Default.aspx. please make sure that your card number entered is correct .then ,on that website it gives first digits of your account number ok .it will ask you to type last 5 digits of your account number ,there after you can understand easily. happy getting done and points as well.

I can't activate my account in freedom rewards. It says "This is an invalid debit card no. Please check and correct the same.". One week ago I've informed this in customer care but there is no response. What am i to do? Can someone help me with this problem.....
