Date: 15 Sep 2015 10:53I hv shopped b/w this offer period & used 5 cluebucks & shopped of more than Rs.700, Shopclues Customer care is saying that we will not give u 100% cashback in cluebucks u r ineligible for this offer as u used 5 cluebucks, if we don't hv to use cluebucks then why it was not mentioned in the terms & conditions of this offer, they said we hv to only place order above Rs.690 no other condition so why they r now telling a new condition.. Why they hv not told this earlier??? Admin am i right or wrong? Whether they hv said previously that if we use cluebucks then we will be ineligible for cashback???

Date: 28 Aug 2015 05:22What r u waiting for, filed a cheating case in consumer court and show him the term and condition and also sought 5 lakh compensation in the cout due to mental harrassness.Case on shop clues and its CEO Sanjay Sethi , and sought compensation for mental harrassness in consumer court.. I also a victim of their cheating policy but don`t worry they will pay more for what they did with us.. i will expose Sanjay Sethi———- Shopclues CEO

Date: 31 Aug 2015 18:50Hi Chandan, I am also planning to file a complaint in the consumer court if ShopClues does not give the CluesBack points as promised in their offer. But i have complained & will wait for their response first. Frankly, I believe this qualifies for a CLASS ACTION SUIT, as millions of online shoppers have been defrauded. However i think the Consumer Court complaint is the easiest to approach, as one does not need to hire a lawyer. I will certainly use Social Media to expose the company, if it fails to credit the CluesBack points. - Bosco

Today I called up the customer care regarding the clue bucks as I also made a purchase of 735 from Shop clues during the I day Sale. they have sent be good for nothing coupons. When I asked her that when will my clue bucks be credited. She said that u have utilized your previous clue bucks and hence we have cancelled your clue bucks, as u have been deemed ineligible for th e offer. When I asked her that why don't you people mention each and everything in T&C as there was no mention of such thing. She said that we can not mention each and everything. Fraud site
