•  Maximum Reward points that could be earned is 2500 per transaction on your credit card
• Reward points will be posted to the eligible Cardholders within 15 working days. For Shopping through Smartbuy Flipkart store, Reward points will be posted within 3 months
• Jet privilege cards, Corporate Cards, Commercial Cards, Dealer Cards, Distributor Cards, Business Cards, Value Plus Cards are excluded from the promotion. Diners Club Card customers cannot club existing programs with the current program unless and until there is no dual program running in specific categories
• Offer is valid for all transactions effected on all categories of SmartBuy website and Payzapp
• Card Holder/s whose account has been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the Program, or when the gift is to be collected, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.
• This offer is non-encashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
• If a card member has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank Credit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said offer

  Debit card Terms and Conditions :

• 5% cashback on all transaction on smartbuy.com
• Offer is Valid from 1st July’ 2016 to 31st September’2017
• Offer is valid on all Debit Cards held by the customer except for JetPrivilege Debit Card.
• Only approved and validated spend/ transaction / payment / purchase made using HDFC
• Bank Debit Card shall be eligible for the Cashback points. Cancelled / Returned
• Transactions shall not be eligible for the Cashback offer. No Offer clubbing shall be permitted.
• Customer will be eligible to earn maximum Cashback points equivalent to Rs 250/- per month per customer, for promotional CashBack offer.
• 5% CashBack will be awarded as CashBack points. CashBack points will be posted in the Debit Card 90 days after the end of every calendar month. The CashBack points needs to be redeemed by logging into Netbanking or through PhoneBanking for credit to customer primary account linked to the Debit Card. Every 1 CashBack Point is equal to Re.1 with Maximum CashBack cap of Rs.250 per month, per customer.
• Debit card transactions of Bill payment, Recharge, loading & Sending of Money, Mutual fund, Apparel, dining, Jewellery, Education & Business/Government services are not eligible.
