I called snapdeal CC with all snapshots of front page prices & actual prices. They told me its tech. glitch, but cant say when it can be resolved. ALso compliant registration denied. Faltu SD. Amazon is really working well in customer aspects. Resolves all issues too. & discount to hai hi. :)

ordered Prestige otg from Ludhiana. Prestige. dealer on the offer day 4-10-16 of 20% discount on citicard. till now otg is not shipped. This delay never happens in Amazon.. flipkart n ebay.

Product shipped today. Compared to other sites SD has to improve its CC and be transparent in their policies. I have already bought V-guard water heater at a nice deal from SD 1yr back. Same delay in Shipping.

I tried to purchase a feature phone worth Rs.1310 yesterday. Last day of sale at 11:55 pm. Citi bank offer not shown, after serval refresh & opening of cart on different tabs, offer shown. Then got 20% CB. Also on sale days no Citi bank 20% discount applicable on Ten deals@10 am. So did not made purchase. Then from next sale. Citi 20% discount removed in 10 deals after I had query to SD care. Worst site may be.

I was trying to buy Redmi note 3, tried payment by citi debit card. But NO discount was applied. the price was 11000/- even at payment page! then i went to Flipkart, did payment by SBI card, got 1100 discount and bought the phone at 9900/- Snapdeal is a cheating company, now i fear to buy from snapdeal due to poor customer care. they dont care for damaged product delivered.

They have delivered a damaged product two days back and are not ready to replace the same being an FMCG product either through site or through customer care. It is the fault of customer if they deliver a damaged product? How can they make such a policy unilaterally without intimating customer at the time of purchase??
