- Procter & Gamble Home Products Limited (“P&G”) is conducting a contest on Facebook under which every Olay Facebook Fan (“Participant”) has to submit their details (Full Name & Valid Email Id) to be on the Waiting List for Olay Regenerist (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).
- This Contest is open for participation only to residents of India only.
- The contest would be open from 15th October, 2011 to 28th October, 2011.
- The employees of P&G, its agents, distributors, dealers and their immediate families are not entitled to take part in the promotion.
- By participating in this Contest, Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these T&C as stated herein. This Contest is subject to the laws of India, and is not offered outside of India.
- P&G may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary.
- P&G shall judge the entries made by each Participant and the 5 best entries will win 1 Olay Regenerist hamper each.
- P&G to announce the winners on http://www.facebook.com/OlayIndia on 29th October 2011. The decision of P&G shall be final and the Participants shall accept the decision as a binding one and shall in no event challenge the same.
- Within 15 days of announcement of the 5 Consolation winners by P&G, the winners shall provide a confirmation of their contact details and identity proof by messaging the Olay India Facebook page owner.
- The winners will be notified with details on how to claim their prize. Only one attempt will be made to contact the winner on his/her mobile number as provided for by the Participant. In the event of non-availability of the concerned winner, the Prize shall lapse.
- P&G and its agents shall be licensed to evaluate all submissions for the purposes of this Contest, including verification and as specified in these terms and conditions.
- P&G shall not be liable for any consequences of Participant error including (without limitation) providing incorrect contact details & identity proof.
- The prize has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is not for sale or resale and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.
- All Winners may be required to sign a form of legal release to be determined by P&G in its absolute discretion. The Prize would be handed over to the winner on proper identification and verification. Where passport is the requisite proof of identification and the same is not furnished to P&G then the Prize will lapse. No claims/communication /correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
- Prizes that are not claimed by 11th November 2011 shall be forfeited and P&G will not entertain any further correspondence in this regard.
- P&G may in its absolute discretion substitute the Gift Watch with any another item, it deems to be an appropriate replacement which shall not be challenged by the participants/ winners in any manner.
- P&G shall not be liable for delayed delivery or any damage caused to the prize during delivery. P&G shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency in the prize. By accepting these T&C, the Participant acknowledges that the prizes are provided on “as is basis” and the Participant agrees not to make any claim against P&G in respect of the Prize.
- In the event where any participant becomes the winner of the Contest, such Participant also undertakes to do any and/or all acts, deeds, matter or things and further execute any and all documents in such manner and at such locations as may be required by P&G in its sole and absolute discretion.
- P&G, its agents and distributors under no circumstances would be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for inability of the winner to receive the Gift Watch for any reasons attributable to the non compliance of the Terms & Conditions by the Winner and / or non compliance of the requirements laid down under clause 18.
- P&G accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected submissions made by the Participant whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, virus attack, unauthorized data hacking, data corruption, software or hardware failure or any other cause whatsoever.
- P&G may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any submissions, and prohibit further participation in this Contest by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the submission process or with the operation of this Contest or acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
- P&G reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice. These Terms & Conditions constitute the comprehensive terms and conditions of the Contest and all participants are bound to comply with the guidelines, requirements etc. contained therein. Any non compliance with the same may disqualify the Participants from participating in the Contest. P&G reserves the right to alter these T&C without any further notice as P&G may deem fit in its sole and absolute discretion. No communications/correspondences will be entertained by P&G on account of the aforementioned alterations/ modifications or otherwise.
- A Participant shall be deemed to have notice of any such amendments or interpretations upon publication of the same on the Facebook Website and shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments or interpretations by virtue of his/her continued participation in this Contest. Should a Participant not wish to continue to participate in this Contest pursuant to the prevailing terms and conditions as amended or interpreted, he/she may terminate participation in this Contest upon written notice to P&G.
- P&G reserves the right to open the contest through other media including but not limited to TV, print, other electronic media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter).
- All the submissions by the Participants/Winners shall become the property of P&G, who may use participants' Personal Identifiable Information (“PII”) and / or other submissions for future promotional and marketing activities of P&G and its Group/Associate Companies.
- If for any reason any aspect of this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of P&G which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, P&G may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, or invalidate any affected submissions.
- P&G will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Contest caused by events beyond their reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, etc.
- P&G and its respective Group /Associate companies and agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
- The decision of P&G in general with respect to the Contest and the Terms & Conditions thereto shall be final and binding on all the Participant(s) and no communication shall be entertained in this regard at any time.

- The Bumper Prize for two lucky winners is a chance to 'Meet & Greet Madhuri Dixit'.
- The ‘Meet & Greet’ happens on the date decided by P&G. Under no circumstance will the dates be changed until informed by P&G.
- Only a meet and greet will be arranged for the Winner. The winner cannot be accompanied by any companion. No special requests will be entertained.
- The winners will receive a two way economy class flight ticket sponsored by P&G of the airline of our choosing.
- Tickets sponsored by P&G will be from the nearest direct flight location to the winners city to Mumbai & back.
- All other expenses to be borne by the winners & in case of stay over; Winners are to make their own arrangements.
- The Consolation Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other gift.
- Any disputes arising on the contest would be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
