• Winds of Fortune Offer, organized by USHA (Organizers), is valid in India from 11th August, 2011 till 31st October 2011 both dates inclusive ('Programme Period').
• Programme is valid on purchase of fans of USHA only
• This offer is not valid for institutional or special prices billing
• Products without the Programme are also available. Participation is optional. The winners are expected to make sure that as per the Terms and conditions of the Programme all the requirements for redeeming their prize are fulfilled before the stipulated time. No claims would be entertained beyond this date and no communication would be sent to the winners in this regard. Applicable for all purchases made between the periods 11th August 2011 to October 2011. Claim against this scheme has to be logged in with UIL not later than 7th November 2011. • Programme is open to all Indian residents except employees and family members of the Organizers'), its associate companies, its dealers, its advertising and Promotional agencies, its auditors and their associate companies.

• For the activity:
  1. UIL shall contact the Prizewinner on the mobile number through which he/she will send his/her entry. UIL shall try to/contact the winner three times in case the phone is switched off in the first instance. The merchandise won will be dispatched to the winner at the address furnished by the winner.

  3. In all cases where the prizes are returned undelivered due to incomplete/wrong address the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
• One unique code shall entitle the Participant to one prize only. Once the code has won the prize it will be blocked for all future draws.
• If due to technical reasons or issues beyond the control of the Organizer, the Code does not reach the Organizer via SMS, the Organizer's shall not be responsible for the same.
• The use of any voting software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically send codes repeatedly is prohibited and will render all codes submitted by that individual consumer invalid. The Organizer shall be at the liberty to take action as may be available under the law against such consumer.
• Prizes will not be transferable or exchangeable.
• Decision of Organizer's and Auditors will be final and binding with regard to Programme and prizes and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
• Organizers shall be at liberty to use the photographs, voice, motion pictures of the winner for media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future without any further consideration to the winner.
• The winners will be responsible for all incidental expenses including taxes and levies that may be applicable for redemption of the prizes. Example : TDS @30 % is applicable on items worth more than Rs 10000
• Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the Programme at its sole and absolute discretion.
• The picture of prizes depicted on the press ads/posters/ TVC's etc. are only representative and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions, also the programme does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
• Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Programme. Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Central and State governmental actions, policies, restrictions imposed and TRAI regulation introduced from time to time and other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.

• The participants from Tamil Nadu will be required to answer one question correctly to qualify for the registration.
• All disputes related to this Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Delhi only.
• Any person, who seeks to participate in the contest by sending SMS to the short code/long code or by calling the IVR by dialing toll free, virtual no, shall be deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to abide with the aforesaid terms and conditions.
• Mere participation in the Contest shall not entitle the Participant to be selected as a Prize winner.

• Participants acknowledge that they shall not hold Organizer and/or any of its affiliates or agencies engaged by them with regard to this Contest liable for any loss or opportunity, monetary loss due to their participation in the Contest.
• Under no circumstance, unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence, shall brand and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the Participant and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if Organizer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Participant specifically agrees not to file in person/through any family member and/or any third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India against Organizer and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries to claim any damages or relief in connection with the Contest.
