Date: 08 Sep 2015 13:27They will delay the order on purpose. If you contact them they will send you a message that we will contact the seller. Then after 2-3 days they will cancel the order by saying seller cancelled the order and refund the money in your wallet. If you iniciate the refund request which will take 5-10 working days. This all process will consume your 1 month and paytm will get interest on your money.They are only cheaters.

Date: 09 May 2015 09:45The most cheater company in the world. Last month they were offering the same offer with 60%cashback. Bought WOODLAND Sandals worth 2795. They confirmed the order. Purposely delayed the shipping for 10 days and after repeated complainst, follow ups and harassments the order was then cancelled. This is a regular paytm trick to fool peoffer Guys, dont fall for it.

They accepted the return request, and refunded the money (50% of total money to bank account). But the problem is the 50 % of money which is nw at paytm wallet can not be transferred to bank. I should use that to recharge only,

Date: 31 Mar 2015 22:12CASE1: I have ordered SAMSUNG 16GB memory card on 22nd March 2015 despite using coupon for 150/- cashback I've NOT received any cashback even after 3 days after shipment. Cancelled the ORDER the day before the delivery and DECLINED DELIVERY. Its 9 days I've NOT received my REFUND!! They say seller should receive the item back until then they cannot release the REFUND! Do you people find any logic in this? If the courier guy loses the item DO I need to bare the brunt?! SHAMELESS PAYTM BUGGERS! CASE2: Sunday Morning recharged 111/- to my mobile on Airtel. Till today evening(2 days) the status of the recharge was "Waiting for operators confirmation" Even after repeatedly raising tickets, NO ONE cared to reply what is the status. After serious lambasting, REFUNDED!! Hope these 2 STORIES are enough to say how PAYTM WORKS!!
