I am sorry to know about the confusion surrounding your recent order with us. We would like to inform you that the Cashback offer you are referring to was not a valid offer. We were running a test run for this offer during which some of the customers ended up getting the cash back, however, those who have not received the cash back amount are not eligible for the same.
