Hello sir/madam I have booked an order on indiatimes shopping on 2 April. Revlon Colorsilk hair colour order id- 3004965392. It is expected to be delivered till 9 April. But I didn't get the product. And the tracking id of my product was wrong,belonged to some other consignment. I have made a complaint to customer support on 9 April. Case id- 1948984. I asked for the right tracking id of my product but they didn't. I asked for returning my money but they didn't. They only said that we are working on your case. But for how much time they will work? Till now I neither get the product nor my money. Neither I got any solution. Therefore I am forced to write here. Will I get product or my money? Or will I forget both? This is not consumer supporting behaviour which I was facing since 10 April. I am feeling cheated. And now they are not replying to my e-mails. Please help me how can I take my money back.
