Shopclues Is Horrible

Shopclues sells fake brands.

 

There is no proper packaging, they just send products in plastic bags.

 

I ordered Nike socks twice, both times they weren't obviously Nike. 

 

Both orders turned out to be defected products, they were torn. Never buying from Shopclues again.

 

These are the reasons they do not provide cash on delivery facility.

I ordered a Sweater from them, and the quality was just Bullshit. I requested a refund just after half an hour of delivery. 

 

I don't understand what do they get from Selling such Rags.

 

They're just degrading their Online presence.

I ordered an item. Which is not ship to me and returned. But after 2 month. Money not refunded by them. Getting tired of emailing them. Worst site with worst products quality and with worst customers support. If u going to call them surely hang u for nearly 10 minutes. No toll free number.

yes..really true.. I have ordered bath towels...
they showed shipped via Ecom gave me d tracking no....called dem many times because of no updation on ecom express about shipping information..just shipment details uploaded shown.
they told that it vl be shipped till 23rd on any condition...but today..they have updated- undelivered return to origin...too much...ridiculous ..waited so long frm 15th to 23rd dec...n now..dey on their convenience showing undelivered...and bhagwan jane...refund kb milega...

RECENLY,in GOSF i ordered a AMBRANE power bank 5200 MAH @ rs.249,he gave me a 6000 MAH power bank with AMBRANE name without any case as it mention,and power bank is LOCAL not Proper AMBRANE,I charge MI3 with 5% battery,and on full charge power bank MY MI3 charge 80% and powerbank has 0% battery,& charge takes very long time.....

I Don't know why all of you are blaming shopclues, upto Now I had good experience with shopclues. mostly ordered items will take more time for delivery then other websites. If am not satisfied i return the item and got refund. once i ask for replace for one item with some minor fault, they cant replace the item, instead they gave my money back and gave the item too. In this GOSF i order for F&D speaker worth 800 rs for 299, I got the item its a geniune and working fine and they have shipped two mobiles too for 299 apart from this for late delivery they provide 100 cluesbucks for each mobiles. SO upto me shopclues is far better in compare with other cheating websites.
