Terms & Conditions:

  • This Contest is open to all residents of India above the age of 18 years.
  • The Contest is open from the 27th of January to the 8th of February (both days inclusive).
  • Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary. By participating in this Contest, the participants understand that sending entries implies acceptances of the terms and conditions of this Contest.
  • To participate in this Contest, the participants shall answer the questions on the Kohinoor Speciality Foods India Pvt. Ltd – Kohinoor Aroma of Happiness landing page, complete all the questions and enter their full and valid contact details and click ‘Submit’.
  • Kohinoor Speciality Foods India Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter ‘Kohinoor) shall, out of all the full and valid entries that have answered the questions correctly, pick participants based on the criterion of the entries provided.

These participants (‘the Winners’) shall receive 1Kg Kohinoor Everyday Basmati Pack (‘The Prize’).

  • The entries shall be judged, and the Winners selected, by persons appointed by Kohinoor, and the decision shall be final and non-contestable. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
  • Kohinoor shall first verify each entry via phone/email and require valid ID proof before The Prize is dispatched.
  • The Winners will be contacted at the contact information provided by them on the given e-mail id. Maximum of three attempts will be made to contact the Winners at the contact details and in the event any of the Winners do not respond, Kohinoor reserves the right to withdraw the same or pass on the Prize to the next Winner as may be deemed fit from time to time.
  • Multiple entries per participant are not allowed.
  • The Prize shall be sent only to addresses within India.
  • Incomplete and/or incorrect entries shall be disqualified.
  • This Contest is subject to availability of the Prize.
  • This Contest is not open to employees of Kohinoor and their family members.
  • Kohinoor reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify this Contest or any of the terms or Prizes thereof with or without notification and without assigning any reason.
  • The decision of Kohinoor shall be final and binding with regard to any dispute arising out of the
  • Contest and is non-contestable. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
  • The Prize shall be sent to the address specified by the Winners, and Kohinoor shall not be responsible if the Winner are unavailable at such addresses and/or if the Prize do not reach them.
  • Kohinoor shall not be liable for incorrectly addressed or undelivered Prizes or for disruption, delay or non-receipt of Prizes due to postal delays or any other reason.
  • Kohinoor shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
  • This Contest is non-transferable, non-negotiable, subject to availability, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Kohinoor shall not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which may be suffered in connection with this Contest or while accepting or using the Prize given under this Contest.
  • Kohinoor reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Contest at any time if he/she is found not satisfied/qualified with the eligibility criteria stated herein.
  • Kohinoor reserves the right to cancel the Contest without prior notice.
  • All disputes in connection with or arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
