Oops. Something Went Wrong! Please Try After 24 Hrs, Paytm Fraud, Please Help Anyone

when i click on proceed to pay on payment on paytm, then it shows Oops. Something went wrong! Please try after 24 hrs, i can’t recharge, add money on paytm,why it happens ?? please tell me anyone, how to solve this issue , they stuck my 5000 money, my friends account working fine, paytm response very rude, some people have multiple account are working fine but i have only one account and paytm give me this error

open paytm & do ctrl+F5 it will do hard reload of your page it will work.


if still facing problem then for chrome solution 

 

• Open paytm
• right click anywhere on page & inspect element
• then right click on reload button left side of your web address bar & choose 3rd option empty catch & load.

The same thing happened to me sometime back but then restored automatically after 2 days.....

 

You can try below things:

1. Try to access your account from different machine. If it opens then this means that your browser might have a problem.

2. Try to open your account from mobile app and see if it is working

3. Wait for 1 or 2 days and if problem is unsolved then contact paytm customer care through twitter. They respond very fast and little sensibly through twitter.

4. Once you get the complaint number then you can escalate the issue to Grievance Officer

I am also facing a strange issue in Paytm. When I am clicking on any refine option it's always opening a new Paytm tab with random results. Can anybody help me on this?

ya that account paytm blocked my 8 account and have same error when i contact with paytm coustmore they said misusing of promo code cause ban of ur account

u can transfer ur balance to bank account
