i bought two products from timtara.com on 12-12-12(Rs7000) and 25-12-12(Rs 6500).. as i was unaware of site timtara.com because i was new online customer at that time.. my products are till in awating shippment status.. i called them they said we will ship within a week..so many weeks are passed..i also mailed them but no reply from their side...plz give me suggestion what to do..

they have changed their payment gateway

while ordering the first order the payment gateway company was EBS

and second time the company was direcpay :(
