Masticart.com Very Poor Service

Worst website… I had 3 orders last month, all ordered on 22nd March… 1 was sent within a week but till now didn;t reach. Other 2 were dispatched 5 days back and yesterday when I tracked, it said it can not be delivered. Horrible… And the guys on the customer service desk are dumbs… Hushbabies, firstcry and babyoye are the 3 best for baby products…

When I called the Overnite couriers, they say we don;t have service in ur area. If u want, u can collect from Kolkata. Kolkata is more than 1000 kms from my town. I am staying in Odisha. masticart charges for shipping and doesn;t send thru proper couriers.

I also faced the same problem. After so much effort I got my money is refunded.

Comment there there about you problem along with order no. @& date.

Do this daily one or two times & you will receive a call from them. Explain them about your problem & they will solve it.

My problem was solved within 3 days
